Duck hunter and willing to hunt anything

3 1/2yr old AKC registered German Wirehaired Pointer. Unaltered. UTD on shots, worming, flea/heartworm meds, perfectly healthy with all vet records. Broke his leg at 4mths old and had surgery.. doesn't slow him down and can't tell he broke it. Super smart dog. He knows sit, down, stay, heal, here and find it. Super awesome duck dog.. will go all day. Not gun shy at all. He does need work on steady to fire. Will break ice and will almost always find a wounded duck that strayed off. Has a nose from hell and will hunt anything you put him on. Doesn't do well in the house unattended.. not even in a kennel. Outside dog. Has alot of energy and needs someone with more time and more active as I now work alot. Good with female dogs and some male dogs depending on the male. Doesn't do well with small kids.. teenagers would be ok. Takes him a while to warm up to strangers but once he does he will be your best friend.
